Audition Registration

Please complete the online registration form below. When completed, submit the form and click on the Audition Registration Donation button which will take you to Hands & Hearts PayPal Account.

There is a $15 donation* per youth dancer/gymnast or $25 per family (2 or more dancers). Please make your donation at
www.handsandheartsperformingarts.org by September 1, 2019.

In-person registration will be accepted at the auditions with donation accepted by cash or check. Make checks payable to Hands & Hearts for Performing Arts.

Costume rental fee**: $75 per dancer, (not per role) is due by September 15, 2019 rehearsal. I understand the costume fee is non-refundable and costumes remain the property of Hands and Hearts (except tights-if any). Make-up becomes the property of the dancer.

*Donations will help fund the monetary awards given to dancers at the end of our performance week. Donations are tax exempt as described in section 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code; 82-0614251 EIN.
